Aquarium Restaurant parking policies and tips below to help with planning your visit.

  • what behavior is expected from guests at the aquarium restaurant?

    We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Profanity and unruly behavior are not tolerated and may be cause for ejection from the Aquarium Restaurant without refund.

  • Does Aquarium Restaurant have a dress code?

    Guests must wear appropriate clothing while at the Aquarium Restaurant. We do not have a specific dress code but shirts, shorts/pants, and shoes must be worn at all times. The Aquarium Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or ask anyone to leave who is not in compliance with these rules.

  • Can I bring PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS to the Aquarium Restaurant?

    Service animals are welcome in most areas of the Aquarium Restaurant at no additional charge. Employees will not take responsibility or provide care for any service animal. Aquarium Restaurant reserves the right to remove any service animal that poses a threat to the safety and/or welfare of the Aquarium’s guests, employees, or property.


    Guests with service animals, please check in at the hostess stand before entering the Aquarium Restaurant. Service animals must be restrained on a leash or harness at all times.


    Service Animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as a dog or miniature horse that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the service animal must be directly related to the person’s disability. Untrained/service animals “in training” are not considered service animals. Emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are NOT service animals and therefore are not permitted on property and are not protected by law.

  • Where can I park at the Aquarium Restaurant?

    We are located off Briley Parkway at the entrance to the Opry Mills Mall. The best entrances to use are 5 & 7. Parking at the mall is free.

  • Are there Shuttle Buses to the Aquarium Restaurant?

    Please check with your Hotel to confirm if they provide shuttle service to Opry Mills Mall. 

  • Is the Aquarium Restaurant wheelchair accessible?

    Opry Mills Mall, home to the Aquarium Restaurant, is fully wheelchair accessible. The mall features accessible entrances, wide walkways, and accessible restrooms throughout the property. Guests are encouraged to visit Guest Services upon arrival for assistance or additional accessibility information.

  • Does Aquarium Restaurant have a lost and found?

    We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen personal property. If you have recently visited our location and lost an item, please call 615-514-3474. To help us find and return your item, please let us know the following information:

    • Date and location item was lost or last seen
    • Description of item - please be specific in regards to color, brand and any unique features
    • If you lost a cell phone please provide serial number, make, model and service provider
    • Your contact information – phone number and address.
  • what credit cards does aquarium restaurant take?

    MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JCB are accepted at all ticket booths, restaurants and gift shops with proper identification.

  • is smoking allowed at Aquarium Restaurant?

    Smoking is not allowed in any of the indoor facilities, smoking only permitted in the outdoor areas.

  • Does Aquarium Restaurant have littering policy?

    Please help keep the mall and our restaurant clean. Trash receptacles are conveniently located throughout the mall and trash must be disposed of in these containers. 

  • Can my children visit the Aquarium Restaurant alone?

    Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as our birthday parties and educational programs, there must be at least one adult chaperone (over the age of 18) for every 5 – 10 children and on every tour.

  • Can I take professional photos at the Aquarium Restaurant?

    By entering the  Aquarium Restaurant, guests grant us the right to film or photograph him/her on property, without payment or consideration. 


    All photographs or videos taken by Aquarium guests may only be used for their personal use and enjoyment and for no commercial purpose. Guests must have written permission to use photographs and/or video of the Aquarium for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing, or publishing in any medium.
